RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 535 – Change to the Terms and Conditions for Centrex IP, Digital Exchange Access, Digital Switched Service and Megalink Service
On 20 September 2019, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 535, in which it proposed changes to its General Tariff CRTC 21491 - Item 364 Centrex IP Service, Item 502 Digital Exchange Access Service, Item 503 – Digital Switched Service (DSS) and Item 504 – Megalink Service to update the Terms and Conditions of these services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
