RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7601 – Change to the Terms and Conditions for Megalink Service and Bell Total Connect for Small Business
On 20 September 2019, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 7601, in which it proposed changes to its General Tariff CRTC 6716 - Item 5201 – Megalink Service and Item 7028 – Bell Total Connect for Small Business (BTC) to update the Terms and Conditions of these services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
