RE: Distributel Communications Limited Tariff Notices 13, 13/A and 13/B
Dear Sir:
On 28 November 2016, the Commission received an application from Distributel Communications Limited (Distributel) under Tariff Notice 13 (TN 13), in which the company submitted for the Commission’s consideration and approval revisions to its Access Services Tariff (CRTC 21591). On 24 January 2017, Distributel filed amended TN 13/A, and on 6 February 2017, Distributel filed amended TN 13/B.
On 28 June 2018, Distributel filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted applications from consideration by the Commission. Distributel noted that the amendments filed to date by the company did not fully address the issues identified by Commission staff, and identified that additional changes are required to the proposed pages to be consistent with the CLEC Model Tariff. Accordingly, Distributel requested to withdraw TN 13, 13/A and 13/B and stated that it will file a new TN with corrected proposed pages.
In the circumstance, Distributel`s request to withdraw its applications is acceptable. Accordingly this file is closed.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
