Re: Tariff Notice 507 – 56 kbps dial-up

Dear Sir:

On 4 April 2019, the Commission received an application by Télébec, under Tariff Notice 507 (TN 507), in which the company proposes changes to its General Tariff to correct an administrative error regarding 56-kbps dial-up.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, the Commission will not approve this application or any associated subsequent revisions on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Sincerely,
