Re:  Tariff Notice 1032 – Private Wire Service Tariff, Mobile Fibre Backhaul service

Dear Sir:

On 8 November 2018, the Commission received an application from Northwestel in which the company proposed changes to Item 1125 – Mobile Fibre Backhaul service to, among other things, expand the availability of the service to all exchanges in Nunavut.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.

Sincerely,
