RE: Revised Wireless Code – 2018 Compliance Report Assessment
Dear Madam, Sir:
This letter sets out the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (thereafter “the Commission”)’s assessment of the information filed by wireless service providers (WSPs) in the 2018 Wireless Code compliance reportsFootnote1.
Upon review of the documentation provided and the responses to requests for further information, the Commission considers that any potential instances of non-compliance that had been identified during the reporting process have been resolved.
However, the Commission may take any remedial measures that may become appropriate in order to address any compliance issues that may arise with respect to the revised Code.
The Commission reminds all WSPs offering retail mobile wireless services to individuals and small businesses that they will be required to submit another Wireless Code compliance report by March 31, 2019.
