Re: Supplementary information – Application 2019-1114-9
Dear Mr. Watt,
We received your letter dated 10 December 2019 (the letter), requesting the addition of a supplementary document as part of your Part 1 application (Application 2019-1114-9), originally submitted on 31 October 2019. Given that the additional information contained in the letter is related to the situation described in the original complaint published by the Commission, it will be added to the public record of the proceeding. As such, to ensure that the respondent and interested parties have sufficient time to consider this additional information, the deadline for answer, interventions and reply will be adjusted accordingly.
Therefore, the timetable for the Part 1 process for the above-noted application will be modified as follows:
- The respondent will have until 3 February 2020 to submit an answer to the application
- Interested persons have until 3 February 2020 to submit interventions relating to the application
- CHCO-TV will have until 13 February 2020 to reply to the answer and interventions
