Dear Sir,

Re: Application 2019-0957-4

This is in reference to your application to amend the condition of licence 12(a) set out in Broadcasting Decision 2017-150.

In your application, you requested that all of the financial data contained in the submitted appendices and the supplementary brief be treated as confidential. However, this information is generally treated by the Commission as public pursuant to Section 34(1) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure (the Rules) and the Appendix to Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961 for the following reason:

Staff considers that it is in the public interest that the financial data submitted in confidentiality be disclosed and form part of the public record. In order to complete your application, please file a revised abridged version of the confidential documents already submitted disclosing all of the requested data by 7 October 2019. Alternatively you may, in accordance with subsection 33(4) of the Rules, file a reply with the Commission by 7 October 2019. Should you wish to confirm the designation, please note that the information will not be admissible in evidence and that the application may be returned as a result.

Yours sincerely,
