Thank you for your email dated 30 April 2019 responding to my letter dated 30 April 2019 in respect of 1011-NOC2019-0009.
Your correspondence requests an extension from 3 May 2019 to 10 May 2019 for the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council (CBSC) to respond to the Request for Information set out in the above-referenced letter. Your correspondence also includes reasons for this request.
Commission staff has reviewed your request and accepts it. Staff therefore requests that the CBSC reply to the 30 April 2019 request for information by 10 May 2019.
Commission staff also clarifies that the 30 April Request for Information was copied to the distribution list for information only.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
