This letter is in reference to the Part 1 application filed by My Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) for a technical amendment related to the English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CJML-FM in Milton, ON.
Commission staff is in receipt of your letter dated 18 April 2019 in which MBC has requested permission to add audio files to its application. Commission staff confirms that a letter and CD from MBC was received on 15 April 2019. Further, staff notes that MBC has uploaded this same audio to its MBC servers which can be accessed through the following link: https://www.miltonnow.ca/milton-audio/.
Commission staff approves the addition of the audio files to your application.
