RE: Procedural request regarding Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-91
Dear Madam, Sir:
The Commission is in receipt of a procedural request relating to the Request for Information issued as part of the Call for comments on the Commission’s policy on Canadian programming expenditures (Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-91).
The request was filed by TV5 Québec Canada on 1 April 2019, and requests that the deadline of 11 April 2019 set out in the Request for Information be extended.
Commission staff is of the view that an extension of one week would be appropriate to ensure accurate responses by all stakeholders. Please submit the requested information by 18 April 2019.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
