CKCI-FM Sarnia – Revocation of licence

1. Points Eagle Radio Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the Type B Native radio programming undertaking CKCI-FM Sarnia, Ontario, originally granted in Type B Native FM radio station in Sarnia, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-281, 7 August 2007.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to section 9(1)(e) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Points Eagle Radio Inc. for the above-noted undertaking.
