1. The Commission approves the following tariff application:

   Câble-Axion Digitel inc.	TN 5 Access Services Tariff – Addition of a second underlying carrier	1 February 2019	11 March 2019

2. No interventions with respect to the application were received.
3. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
