Northwestel Inc. – Approval of a tariff application

1. The Commission approves the following tariff application:

   Northwestel Inc.	TN 1058 General Tariff  - Withdrawal of Internet Dial-up Service	6 September 2019	12 December 2019

2. The Commission received no interventions with respect to the application.
3. In accordance with the 2019 Policy Direction,^{Footnote 1} the Commission considers that this order, which is based on a complete record, can promote competition, affordability, consumer interests, and innovation.  Specifically, approval of this application will promote consumer interests and innovation, since it (i) ensures that current customers have had an opportunity to submit comments about the proposed withdrawal, and (ii) will help ensure that customers have access to high-quality innovative telecommunications services as a substitute for this withdrawn service.  
4. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
