CFTH-FM-1 Harrington Harbour – Revocation of licence

Radio communautaire de Harrington Harbour has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for its English-language community radio programming undertaking CFTH-FM-1 Harrington Harbour and its transmitters CFTH-FM-2 Mutton Bay and CFTH-FM-3 Kegaska.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to the Radio communautaire de Harrington Harbour for CFTH-FM-1 Harrington Harbour and its transmitters.
