New deadline for submission of interventions/comments/answers for items 1 to 3: 12 November 2019

New deadline for submission of the applicant’s replies for items 1 to 3: 18 November 2019

Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2019-321, the Commission announces that additional information relating to items 1 to 3 has been added to the public record of the proceeding. This information concerns the applicant’s contributions to local expression in certain service areas that were redirected, in whole or in part, towards the production of local news on designated local television stations during the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 broadcast years.
The Commission will therefore re-open the intervention period for all three items with respect to the new information only. Interventions that fall outside the scope of this additional information will not be considered by the Commission. The applicant may then file its reply to interventions filed in respect of the additional information.
The new deadline to submit interventions/comments/answers is 12 November 2019, and the new deadline for the applicant’s reply is 18 November 2019.
