Northwestel Inc. – Approval of a tariff application

1. The Commission approves the following tariff application:

   Northwestel Inc.	TN 1039 General Tariff - Destandardization of Terrestrial Cable and ADSL Internet  Dial-up services	22 February 2019	30 April 2019

2. No interventions with respect to the application were received.
3. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
