Re: Procedural request: Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“PIAC”) and the National Pensioners Federation (“NPF”) part 1 re: Rogers’ prepaid services – Rogers’ request to change proceeding schedule.

Dear Sir:

On 5 February 2018, Public Interest Advocacy Centre and the National Pensioners Federation (together, PIAC-NPF) submitted a Part 1 application regarding Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers’) new policy on prepaid wireless service account balances.

On 20 November 2018 a Commission letter was sent and the deadline for parties to comment was extended to 27 November 2018, and the deadline for Rogers to file its final reply was extended to 4 December 2018.

In a letter dated 26 November 2018 Rogers proposed the comment deadline and final reply deadline be extended. PIAC-NPF supported an extension.

Accordingly, the deadline for parties to comment is extended to 21 January 2019 and Rogers’ final reply deadline is extended to 4 February 2019.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.

Procedures for filing
