RE: DMTS Tariff Notice 73 – Local competition Implementation – Related Tariffs
Dear Ms. Boivin:
On 5 October 2018, the Commission received an application by DMTS, under Tariff Notice (TN) 73, proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 25370, related to the implementation of local competition.
Commission staff’s analysis of this application may be affected by the Commission’s determinations in respect of the Part 1 application previously filed regarding the company’s implementation plan for facilities-based local competition. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
Sincerely,
