RE: TELUS Communications Inc. Tariff Notice 542 - Introduction of a 150 Mbps wholesale Internet ADSL service speed for residential and business services - Extension Request

The Commission is in receipt of a letter, dated 6 December 2018, from TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) requesting a one week extension for submission of responses to the requests for information (RFIs) by the Commission on 4 December 2018 in the above Tariff Notice.

TCI submitted that it had limited resources available and additional time is required to provide a comprehensive response to the RFIs. TCI requested an extension from 12 December 2018 to 19 December 2018.

Commission staff considers that the extension request is reasonable. TCI is requested to provide responses to Commission staff interrogatories by 19 December 2018, serving copies on all parties.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
