RE: Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notice 1035 – Terrestrial Enterprise Internet Services – Introduce New Speeds
Dear Sir:
On 19 November 2018, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. under Tariff Notice 1035 proposing revisions to its General Tariff Item 1736 - Terrestrial Enterprise Internet Services proposing, among other things, to introduce 15 new speed packages for Enterprise Performance Service and nine new speed packages for Optimized Internet Service.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
