Re: Report regarding the retail sales practices of Canada’s large telecommunications carriers, Telecom and Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2018-246, 16 July 2018 – Accelerated process for requests for disclosure of undertaking filed in confidence
Dear Madams, Sirs:
From 22 October 2018 to 26 October 2018, the Commission held an oral hearing during which a number of parties undertook to provide information to the Commission by 1 November 2018. Certain parties indicated that they may wish to designate information filed as confidential.
The Commission hereby informs parties that that the final reply deadline of 9 November 2018 is maintained. As a result, those parties intending to request the disclosure of information are to abide by the following deadlines:
- Requests for disclosure must be submitted no later than 2 November 2018 at 8 p.m. EDT and served directly on the party providing the undertaking,
- Responses to requests for disclosure must be filed no later than 5 November 2018 at noon EST and served directly on the parties, and
- For instances where the Commission determines that further disclosures are required, further disclosures will be required to be filed no later than 8 November 2018 at noon EST.
