On 11 October 2018, you filed a procedural letter requesting the Commission to accept your additional comments filed in response to the Telecom and Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2018-246 (the Notice), despite the fact that it was filed with the Commission after the deadline for replies to interventions which was 14 September 2018 as indicated in the Notice.
