Re: Cooptel Tariff Notice 83 – Change to Section 4.7 of the General Tariff to add a reference to wireless service suppliers

Dear Sir:

On August 8, 2018, the Commission received an application from Cooptel, Tariff Notice 83, in which the business proposed its General Tariff 25160, section 4.7, following Telecom Decision CRTC 2018-247.

Paragraph 27 of the Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-455-1 indicates that, for tariff applications, the applicant must submit a copy of the existing tariff pages and copies of the proposed new or modified tariff pages. The Commission did not receive the existing tariff pages to complete the application. Once they have been received, Commission staff will continue to analyze this application.

As a result, this application and any subsequent related modification will not be approved provisionally on the 15th day of the month following the date of receipt.

However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent related modification within 45 business days following its submission.

Sincerely,
