Re:  Wightman Telecom Part 1 application for Lost NAS Subsidy – Closing of file

Dear Sir,

On 3 July 2018, the Commission received a Part 1 application from Wightman Telecom (Wightman) for lost network access service (NAS) subsidy associated with the launch of local competition in the exchanges of Ayton, Mildmay and Neustadt, Ontario.

By way of letter dated 20 July 2018, Wightman requested that the above-noted application be withdrawn from consideration by the Commission and that it be closed.

In light of the above, the 3 July 2018 Part 1 application from Wightman is closed.
