Re: Procedure Extension Letter - Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 7567 – Gateway Access Service – Clarification of 100 Gigabit Ethernet (GE) Aggregated High-Speed Service Provider Interface (AHSSPI)
In a letter dated 13 July 2018, Commission staff requested Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) and Bell Canada for additional process on Bell Canada’s Tariff Notice 7567 application, to be filed by 24 July 2018 and 3 August 2018, respectively.
On 16 July 2018, the Commission received a letter from Bell Canada requesting an extension, for the parties’ responses, to the dates set by the Commission staff, due to resource constraints. Specifically, Bell Canada requested an extension for CNOC’s comments by 7 August 2018, and Bell Canada’s reply comments by 17 August 2018.
CNOC supported Bell Canada’s extension request in its letter dated 17 July 2018.
Based on the above submissions, Commission staff hereby extends the submission dates for the parties’ comments as follows.
- CNOC is requested to provide any further comments it may have on Bell Canada’s application by 7 August 2018,
- Bell Canada may provide its reply comments on any further issued raised by CNOC by 17 August 2018.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received by the Commission, not merely sent, by that date.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
