Re: Part 1 Application requesting ratification of Special Services Tariff rates – Request for extension regarding a Request for Information
Dear Mr. Yeulett:
On 3 May 2018, the Commission received a letter from Northwestel in which it requested an extension to 11 May 2018 to respond to Commission staff’s Request for Information dated 20 April 2018. The company indicated that additional time was required due to the extent of the information requested by Commission staff.
Commission staff considers the request for an extension to be reasonable. Accordingly, Northwestel is to provide its complete response by 11 May 2018.
