RE: Forbearance from regulation of interexchange private line services – Suspension of requirement in Telecom Decision 2018-63 to issue tariff pages
Dear Madams, Sirs:
In Telecom Decision 2018-63, the Commission directed the affected ILECs to issue, within 45 days of the date of the decision, and therefore by 3 April 2018, tariff pages removing the tariffs for the IXPL services on the routes identified in the Appendix to the decision, effective on the date of issuance of the tariff pages.
Presently, Commission staff is reviewing the list of IXPL routes in the Appendix to Telecom Decision 2018-63 in response to a request for clarification received alongside the ongoing IXPL reporting process.
In light of the above, the previous deadline to issue revised tariff pages of 3 April 2018 is suspended until further notice.
