RE: Application for costs award with respect to the participation of the First Mile Connectivity Consortium in Telecom Notice of Consultation 2017-112, Development of the Commission’s broadband funding regime
Dear Mr. McMahon,
On 5 February 2018, the Commission received an application for costs from the First Mile Connectivity Consortium (FMCC) with respect to its participation in Telecom Notice of Consultation 2017-112, Development of the Commission’s broadband funding regime (the proceeding).
The purpose of this letter is to request additional information from the FMCC regarding its application for costs.
Financial Assistance
Please confirm whether or not the FMCC has or will receive financial assistance in connection with its participation in the proceeding. This does not include general fundraising revenues or other support. If the FMCC received or will receive financial assistance in connection with its participation in the proceeding, please indicate the amount received.
Filing Information with the Commission
The requested information is to be filed with the Commission by 15 March 2018.Any other interested party may file a response by 26 March 2018. The FMCC may reply to any comments no later than 5 April 2018.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
