Re: Tariff Notice 80 – Options associated with basic service
Dear Mr. Allard:
On January 18, 2017, the Commission received an application from Cooptel as part of Tariff Notice 80 concerning its General Tariff, in which the undertaking proposes to amend portions of its tariff based on equivalent tariffs, already approved for other undertakings.
The Commission’s staff members continue to analyze this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days after the date the filing is received.
