RE:  Tariff Notices 78 and 78/A– Proposed revisions to Sections 100, 190 and 210 of Cochrane’s General Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 3 November 2017, the Commission received an application by Cochrane Telecom Services (Cochrane), under Tariff Notice 78, revised 11 December 2017 under Tariff Notice 78/A, in which the company proposed to revise Sections 100, 190 and 210 of its General Tariff, and requested ratification of rates charged in the past other than in accordance with approved tariffs.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application, including reviewing the ratification requests filed by Cochrane. Consequently, these applications will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
