Dear Mr. Belcher,
On October 10 2018, Harvest Ministries requested that the Commission consider its technical amendment application under an expedited process. Commission staff considers it appropriate that the timeframes for this application be shortened.
As such, the timetable for the process has been revised as follows: Interested parties will have until November 2 2018 to submit interventions relating to the application.
The applicant will have until November 5 2018 to reply to interventions.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
