- In Bouchard Parent Associés Inc., operating as Royal LePage Tendance – Violations of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules, Compliance and Enforcement Decision CRTC 2018-483, 19 December 2018 (Compliance and Enforcement Decision 2018-483), the Commission inadvertently referred to paragraph 72.004(a) instead of paragraph 72.04(1)(a) of the Telecommunications Act in footnote 1.
- Accordingly, footnote 1 of Compliance and Enforcement Decision 2018-483 is amended to read as follows (changes highlighted in bold):
1 Paragraph 72.04(1)(a) of the Telecommunications Act states that the Commission may designate persons, or classes of persons, who are authorized to issue notices of violation.
