Colba.Net Telecom Inc. – Revocation of licence   

  1. Colba.Net Telecom Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence to operate regional terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertakings to serve Hamilton/Niagara, Kingston, Kitchener, London, Oshawa, Ottawa, Peterborough, Stratford, Toronto and Windsor, and their surrounding areas, Ontario, authorized in Terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertakings to serve various communities in Ontario, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2012-492, 13 September 2012.
  2. The licensee advised the Commission on 23 May 2018 that it has ceased to operate its undertaking serving Toronto and never launched the other licensed undertakings.
  3. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to section 9(1)(e) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Colba.Net Telecom Inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings.
