RE: Tariff Notice 71 – Rate Increase
Dear Ms. Laporte:
On 5 October 2017, the Commission received an application from Groupe Maskatel LP, under Tariff Notice 71 with respect to its General Tariff, in which the company proposed to change the maximum rate range allowed for basic residential service.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application and of the additional information provided by Groupe Maskatel LP further to the 17 November 2017 request for information.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial.
