Re: IXICA Communications Inc. – Withdrawal of Tariff Notice 2 – Access Services Tariff

Dear Mr. Koneswaran:

On 14 December 2016, the Commission received an application by IXICA Communications Inc. (IXICA) under Tariff Notice (TN) 2, proposing revisions to its Access Services Tariff CRTC 15081 to make the required changes to expand into new territory.

By letter, dated 11 December 2017, IXICA proposed to withdraw TN 2 in its entirety as the changes are not required at this time.

The Commission had not approved the requested changes on an interim or final basis.

Accordingly, IXICA’s request to withdraw TN 2 is appropriate and TN 2 is considered to be withdrawn.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
