RE: Tariff Notice 71 – Request for extension to the response date for requests for information
Dear Madam,
In a letter dated 27 November 2017, Groupe Maskatel LP (GMLP) made a request to extend the deadline for responses to requests for information regarding the above-mentioned application, from 30 November 2017 to 8 December 2017. GMLP provides the following reasons for its request:
- For GLMP, 30 November 2017 is the deadline for filing several broadcasting reports to the Data Collection System;
- Producing these reports is currently occupying a large portion of the resources available at GMLP.
Commission staff considers that the requested extension is reasonable under the circumstances, and approves the request by GMLP.
