RE: Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-177 – Regulatory framework for wholesale mobile wireless services – Follow-up process to finalize GSM-based wholesale roaming services proposed tariffs for the National Wireless Carriers – Modification to procedural dates
By Letter dated 6 September 2017, TELUS Communications Company (TELUS) requested modifications with respect to a procedural date set out in Commission staff’s letter issued 28 July 2017.
TELUS requested an extension to 22 September 2017 (originally 12 September 2017) for final replies. TELUS submitted that the company’s final reply requires a substantial amount of work, and that the timing overlaps with a number of other regulatory proceedings.
By letters dated 7 September 2017, Rogers Communications Partnership and Bell Mobility supported TELUS’s request, and submitted that this additional time extension will allow them to provide fulsome responses and reply comments to the issues brought up by the interveners.
Commission staff considers the request to be reasonable and hereby informs all parties that the procedural dates of the above-noted proceeding are modified as follows:
- Bell Mobility, Rogers Communications Partnership, and TELUS Communications Company may file final replies with the Commission by 22 September 2017.
All documents to be filed must be received, not merely sent, by these dates. Interveners are asked to serve all other parties with any documents filed in this proceeding, and to send an electronic copy directly to the following Commission staff:
