Dear Ms. Dorval:

On 20 July 2017, the Commission received a letter from Cogeco Communications, in the name of its subsidiary company, Cogeco Connexion (Cogeco), to withdraw the above noted Part 1 Application.

Cogeco’s request to withdraw its application is accepted, and the public file for this application is therefore closed.
