RE: Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-177 – Regulatory framework for wholesale mobile wireless services – Follow-up process to finalize GSM-based wholesale roaming services proposed tariffs for the National Wireless Carriers – Final Comments and Reply to Final Comments
The purpose of this letter is to inform all parties of the final procedural dates of the follow-up process to finalize GSM-based wholesale roaming services proposed tariffs for services by Bell Mobility, Rogers Communications Partnership, and TELUS Communications Company, collectively “the national wireless carriers”.
Parties are to respond and comment fully to any matter raised solely within the scope of the rates setting proceeding according to the following dates:
- Parties to the proceeding may file final submissions with the Commission by 14 August 2017.
- The national wireless carriers may file final replies with the Commission by 28 August 2017.
All documents to be filed must be received, not merely sent, by that date. Interveners are asked to serve all other parties with any documents filed in this proceeding, and to send an electronic copy directly to the following Commission staff:
