RE: Follow-up to Telecom Decision CRTC 2016-379 – Implementation of a disaggregated wholesale high-speed access service, including over fibre-to-the premises access facilities (CRTC Files 8638-C12-201509663, 8740-B2-201700055, 8740-C6-201700097, 8740-R28-201700071 and 8740-V3-201700063) – CNOC request for disclosure and additional information – Rogers’ request for extension
Dear Madams/Sirs:
The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (RCCI) requesting an extension of the date for disclosure of information designated as confidential in the tariff proceeding for disaggregated wholesale high-speed access (HSA) services initiated by Telecom Decision 2016-379.
A Commission staff letter dated 19 June 2017Footnote1 set 23 June 2017 as the date by which disclosure responses were to be filed.
RCCI requested an extension of the filing date to 28 June 2017 because key regulatory resources were engaged in preparing responses for other CRTC proceedings with concurrent deadlines.
In the circumstances, RCCI’s extension request is acceptable. Accordingly, Cogeco Communications Inc. on behalf of Cogeco Connexion Inc., RCCI, and Québecor Média inc. on behalf of its affiliate Videotron are to file their disclosure responses with the Commission by 28 June 2017.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
