In a letter dated 12 June 2017, PIAC requested that Commission staff extend all deadlines in the letter by one week. PIAC submitted that due to its Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2017, it would be difficult to respond within the original time frame.
Commission staff considers that the requested extension is reasonable. The timeline is therefore revised as follows:
- The requested information should be filed with the Commission by 26 June 2017
- Any other party to the costs orders at issue may file a response by 07 July 2017
- PIAC may reply to any comments by no later than 12 July 2017
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of each proceeding referenced in this letter.
