RE: Status of Counsel to the Public Interest Advocacy Centre for Costs Purposes

Dear Mr. Lawford,

On 9 June 2017, Commission staff requested additional information from the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) regarding legal fees claimed in the following Commission Proceedings:

In a letter dated 12 June 2017, PIAC requested that Commission staff extend all deadlines in the letter by one week. PIAC submitted that due to its Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2017, it would be difficult to respond within the original time frame.

Commission staff considers that the requested extension is reasonable. The timeline is therefore revised as follows:

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of each proceeding referenced in this letter.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Allison McLean at (819)-635-8099 or Allison.Mclean@crtc.gc.ca or Alexander Ly at (613) 608-8368 or Alexander.Ly@crtc.gc.ca.

Yours Sincerely,

[originally signed by]
