Subject: Request to suspend the application filed under Part 1 by the City of Terrebonne for a Municipal Access Agreement – Procedural Letter
Dear Madam, Sir:
On May 12, 2017, the Commission received a Part 1 application from the City of Terrebonne (Terrebonne) for approval of a proposed Municipal Access Agreement (MAA).
On June 1, 2017, Terrebonne asked the Commission to suspend the file until September 2017, indicating that negotiations had been held between the parties which justified the suspension of Part I.
On June 5, 2017, the Commission received a letter from the representative for Bell Canada, Vidéotron G.P., Rogers Communications G.P., Telus Communications Company and Cogeco Connexion Inc. (collectively, the Carriers) indicating that they agreed to the request to suspend the file submitted by Terrebonne.
In light of the above, the above-mentioned file is suspended. The Commission asks that it be notified by Terrebonne no later than September 29, 2017, whether it wishes to reactivate, withdraw or request an extension of the suspension of its Part I application.
Sincerely,
The Director
