RE: Part 1 Application of the City of Calgary dated 28 November 2016
By letter dated 6 June 2017, the City of Calgary (Calgary) requested that the Commission revise the schedule and process set out in its letter dated 30 May 2017 as follows:
- Bell Canada, Rogers Communications, Shaw Communications Inc., TELUS Communications Company and Zayo Canada (collectively, the Carriers) and interested parties may file submissions on Calgary’s Part 1 Application, regarding both the rights of way (ROW) Bylaw and the proposed Municipal Consent and Access Agreement (MCAA), by 30 June 2017;
- Calgary may file reply comments to all submissions filed on June 30th by no later than 25 July 2017; and
- Service of all submissions to the appropriate recipients shall be made as required by each filing party.
The Carriers may respond to the Calgary’s request by 8 June 2017, serving a copy on Calgary and The Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
