Re: Implementation plan of intermodal wireless number portability (WNP) in KMTS' exchanges of Kenora and Keewatin, ON
Dear Mr. Gilbert:
On 10 April 2017, the Commission received KMTS’ cost recovery plan associated with introducing intermodal WNP in the exchanges of Kenora and Keewatin, Ontario.
In order to assist the Commission in reviewing the proposed cost recovery plan, KMTS is requested to respond to the questions in the attachment to this letter by 31 May 2017. Interested parties will have until 9 June 2017 to provide comments on the related documents and KMTS will have until 16 June 2017 to provide its final reply.
As set out in Procedures for filing confidential information and requesting its disclosure in Commission proceedings, Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961, 23 December 2010, parties may designate certain information as confidential.
Should any information be designated as confidential, KMTS must provide an abridged version of the document involved for the public record, accompanied by an explanation as to how the information removed is confidential.

Question 3. In reference to Tables 1, 2, and 4 in the Wireless Number Portability Implementation Plan (Intermodal) – Cost Recovery Proposal (Supplemental), filed 10 April 2017, and Tables 3 and 5 of the appendix to KMTS Report on the Economic Evaluation for Recovery of Costs Related to the Implementation of Intermodal Wireless Number Portability, provide revised versions of the referenced tables that reflect a 10-year study period.
