RE:  9315-1884 Québec Inc. Tariff Notice 4 (Withdrawal of tariffs) – Withdrawal request

Madam,

On June 7, 2016, the Commission received an application from 9315-1884 Québec Inc. under Tariff Notice (TN) 4 in which the company proposed to withdraw the tariffs of La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc. (Courcelles) and La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc. (Lambton).

On March 15, 2017, 9315-1884 Québec Inc. filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-mentioned application from consideration by the Commission. That same day, the company filed Lambton’s TN 61, in order to withdraw the latter’s General Tariff following the merging of the General Tariffs of Lambton and Courcelles. 9315-1884 Québec Inc. has indicated that it will file separate Tariff Notices for the withdrawal of Lambton’s access charge and the withdrawal of Courcelles’ General Tariff.

In light of the above, 9315-1884 Québec Inc.’s request to withdraw its application with regard to TN 4 is acceptable. Accordingly, this file is now closed.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
