Re: Sogetel Tariff Notice 179 (Withdrawal of tariffs) – Withdrawal Application
Dear Madam,
On June15, 2016, the Commission received an application by Sogetel Inc. (Sogetel) under Tariff Notice (TN) 179 in which the company proposed to withdraw the tariffs of Téléphone Milot Inc. (Téléphone Milot).
On March 15, 2017, Sogetel filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-mentioned application from consideration by the Commission. That same day, the company filed Téléphone Milot’s TN 81, in order to withdraw the latter’s General Tariff following the inclusion of Sogetel’s General Tariff in sections of Téléphone Milot’s General Tariff that differ from its own. Sogetel has indicated that it will file a separate Tariff Notice for the withdrawal of Téléphone Milot’s access charge.
In light of the above, Sogetel’s request to withdraw its application with regard to TN 179 is acceptable. Accordingly, this file is now closed.
