Re: Procedural Letter – Clarification re: Requests for information related to Review of the competitor quality of service regime, Telecom Notice of Consultation 2017-49
On 23 February 2017, Commission staff issued a request for information in conjunction with the publication of Telecom Notice of Consultation 2017-49, which calls for comments for the Commission’s review of the competitor quality of service regime.
Following a request for clarification, please find the revised questions, with changes highlighted in bold italics, in the attached Appendix.
Given this clarification, Commission staff extends the deadlines for filing responses to the request for information to 10 April 2017. All other aspects of the request for information, remain the same as in the original request.

Request for information
- For all companies on the distribution list – that is, the large ILECs, the large cable carriers, and the incumbent wireless carriers:
Provide the following information regarding your company’s service volumes and revenues for all mandated wholesale services, including interconnection services
- historical information by year for the past three years, by service and customer, and
- forecasts by year for the next three years, by service.
- For the large ILECs only, excluding Northwestel:
Provide the total amount of rebates your company paid per year for each of the past five years, broken down by indicator and rebate recipient.
