RE: IXICA Communications Inc. Tariff Notice 2 – revisions to Access Services Tariff
Dear Mr. Koneswaran:
On 14 December 2016, the Commission received an application by IXICA Communications Inc. (IXICA) under Tariff Notice 2, in which it proposed to revise its Access Services Tariff.
Commission staff is waiting for IXICA to submit revised information related to this application, to reflect changes discussed with Commission staff. Once it has received the updated information, staff will continue its analysis of the application.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
