RE: Associated With Tariff Notice 335
Dear Sir:
On 28 November 2016, the Commission received an application from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), under Tariff Notice 335 (TN 335), in which the company proposed to withdraw Item 200.25 – Centrex Data Service, included in SaskTel General Tariff – Basic Services (CRTC 21411).
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application following the deadline for customer comments of 28 January 2017 established by the company.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
